12 Weeks Pregnant: Mama Mio Stretch Mark Solutions

After my first child, Ben, was born in late September of 2005, I was horrified at all the angry stretch marks that dotted my tummy. It looked like a train had run over my tummy! Luckily- they did fade over time. Hoping to avoid this the second time around, I decided to start using stretch mark creams and oils almost immediately. The reason why it smells great (and works great too) is Gravida – their nuturing blend of 10 pregnancy-specific essential oils- full of essential fatty acids(Omegas 3, 6 and 9). These help your skin build strength and elasticity.
Mama Mio’s Tummy Rub Stretch Mark Cream is also heavenly. Also rich in essential fatty acids and shea butter, this cream is thick and goes on so smoothly. Also with the Gravida fragrance, the itchy belly syndrome will be a thing of the past! If you are going to use their oil and the cream, Mama Mio recommends layering the oil first and then the cream second. The company also recommends using the oil and/or cream for four months after childbirth to help regain your skin tone as your tummy shrinks.
