Summer is flying by in a hot flash. Literally, it’s been so HOT. So let’s cool down this Fourth of July with some effortless, cool and refreshing treats! Not only are these snacks easy on the eye, but also on your body. Try these super delicious and nutritious VEGAN red white and blue treats for the holiday!



Ingredients: IMG_0965

  • SAMBAZON Acai Berry Packet (original)
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Coconut water
  • Granola
  • Coconut
  • Fresh strawberries

Mix your frozen acai berry packet with some frozen blueberries, make sure you freeze your blueberries the night before. The great thing about this recipe is you can make it your own, add as many blueberries as you’d like! But, make sure you add coconut water to help blend the frozen fruits. I use a NutriBullet to make my smoothie bowls and it works great.

Once your smoothie is blended to a thick consistency layer a bowl with granola and add your mixture on top. IMG_0967 IMG_0969

Then starts the fun, slice up some strawberries and add them with coconut flakes to create a cute and delicious RED WHITE and BLUE smoothie bowl. YUM! IMG_0971 For more smoothie bowl instructions and ideas watch my video here!

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup honey

This is seriously so easy to make. Start with your chia seeds in a mason jar or bowl then add your coconut water. You can add vanilla extract and honey for some extra flavor and sweetness.

IMG_0961 Once these are added stir them together and pop it in the fridge for 3-4 hours (its best when prepared the night before).

Just before serving add in some strawberries and blueberries for color and taste. There you have it your RED WHITE and BLUE pudding. IMG_0963

For those of you who are busy around this holiday, this snack is the one for you. It takes two simple ingredients to create this adorable treat.

IMG_0976 I used my favorite bold and flavorful raspberry Talenti gelato and scooped this into a small mason jar. I topped this GLUTEN FREE gelato with soy whipped cream. This is such a bright and light way to celebrate this Fourth of July.
