It’s a couple days into 2019 and most of us are focused on cleaning up from the holidays and focusing on a new year and a new you.
If you’re like us, your Facebook feed is full of friends doing Whole30, taking up yoga, going to Orangetheory and sharing healthy recipes. This year we’re looking to make slow changes – no quick fixes or gimmicks that we’ll burn out on by the third week of January.
Here’s a couple of ways products we’re liking so far this year to help me with overall health and wellness goals:
Get Organized:We like theCommit30 Journal. These daily journals are focused on helping you commit to a better, longer term you by taking things 30 days at a time.
Lose weight & detox: Beyond trying to drink more water daily, we like having an afternoon cup of Detox Skinny Fit tea.
Less stress: The Calm App is the best app purchase you’ll ever make. It’s $59.99 annually, which may make you scoff as apps are generally cheap – but think about how much you would spend on a massage. Or an hour with a therapist. Calm is chock full of great content to help you meditate, relax and educate yourself on a variety of topics via their many podcasts.
Cleanse your space: House of Intuition has a whole slew of spiritual products. We’re particular fans of their candles. Each candle is blessed with an intuition. There is a crystal inside of the candle that you can keep once the candle burns out.
