About two years back, I tried on an orange paisley skirt at J Crew. I loved it. I stood in the dressing room and debating getting it – it was over $100 and I remember thinking, will I really wear this enough to warrant the purchase?
I didn’t get it. I put it back on the rack and I left. I totally regretted it on the drive home and decided I would go back to get it. A week later I returned and it was gone. It was left it only a few sizes that weren’t mine and when I asked the saleswoman told me it was a limited edition skirt – it wasn’t available online and I never did get my dress. Sad story, right? The skirt that got away.
Since then, I’ve been on a mission to find a pencil skirt I love as much as that orange paisley one I tried on. What do you guys think – any of these worthy?

I don’t like orange for clothing(except on Halloween perhaps?) so no debate for me there. . however I do think pencil skirts( by the way:what an apt descriptive name-why haven’t i ever heard that before). . oh well I digress. . what was I saying. .oh yeah: I do think pencil skirts are very slenderizing and cute. .
Of those featured above, I love the khaki one-can wear with any color top, yada yada. . get that one!
I like the beige and orange one. The solid colors are the most slimming…and feminine.
I’m wearing one today! Love the pencil skirt.
