Image and video hosting by TinyPicSince my 3 1/2 year old son loves fruit juice and usually refuses to eat any vegetables, Fruitables by Apple and Eve, a new beverage for kids with fruit and vegetables was a no brainer for us.

Flavors in the 6.75 fluid ounce size are Tropical Orange, Berry Berry and Strawberry Kiwi. Tropical Orange’s main ingredients are apple, pear, orange, yellow carrot, sweet potato, pineapple, passionfruit, tomato concentrates and filtered water. Berry Berry’s main ingredients are apple, pear, purple carrot, butternut squash, beet, strawberry, raspberry, tomato concentrates, and filtered water.

Strawberry Kiwi’s main ingredients are apple, pear, purple carrot, sweet potato, butternut squash, beet, strawberry, kiwi, tomato juice from concentrates, and filtered water. The sugar is 1/3 lower than regular juice (15 grams, which naturally come from fruit, not added). It’s 66% juice (rest is filtered water, is 70 calories and no high fructose corn syrup is used. The juices come in packs of 8 and is one complete serving of fruits and vegetables.
At the local warehouse clubs, my mother found smaller servings of Fruitables in a pack of 27, with Sesame Street Characters on the front. Flavors are Apple Carrot, Berry Banana & Pear Peach. Younger kids (around 2 and 3 years old) will love this size for a preschool snack.
In addition to giving my son Fruitables, I still serve him veggies (which he mostly disdains), vitamin supplements, and still “sneak” veggies into his food. Hopefully he’ll get his daily requirement of vegetables somehow!
Fruitables are available nationwide.

  1. I started giving the fruitable juice to my grandson during the summer of 2009. It is now January 2010, and he has not had a cold or asthma attack this season. I stayed sick during cold weather. I think it is due to the increase of fruit/veggie intake (more immune boosters). I let him drink as many juices during the day as he wish.

  2. I have checked several stores in our area and cant find this juice, can anyone tell me where I can get some.

    Thank You

  3. i have looked everywhere and i can not find it anywhere. i am super interested where can i find it? thanks

  4. I found these juice boxes at Publix and several whole food stores in my area. My daughters (6 and 7) love these juice boxes so much…if given an choice they pick these over any other drinks including soda.

    FYI..
Publix, WalMart and Ingles all carry these items. I’m not sure if Ingles and Walmart carry the large juice bottles or just the juice boxes, however, Publix carries both. Target does not carry them and I am unsure of Kroger. I live in the SEastern US.
