So we headed to the Wells Fargo Center in Philly last night to see Monster Jam. (There’s a sentence my 20-year-old self would not think she would ever say!) With two boys, watching big trucks do loud and crazy things is right up our family’s alley. I bet all you Moms of girls-only are super jealous that I got to do this, right?
So I wanted to share a few photos from the evening. And the one thing I will note to anyone going – BRING HEADPHONES! I had shared that I was going on Facebook earlier in the day and had dozens of people commenting telling me to bring earplugs and/or headphones. Thankfully! The sounds are truly intense and we ALL needed headphones. I saw a lot of people using earplugs that you can get for just a few bucks at your local drugstore but we went with the hardcore noise canceling headphones. We picked them up at Home Depot on the way down and were thankful to have them!
But seriously, my boys loved this. It was definitely a really entertaining evening for them. They favorite part was watching a big mechanical T-Rex smash & eat a real car.
