Yesterday I told you about Mom Mixer in my post Event Planning: Exhausting! And Amazing! The Power of Social Media! #MomMixer.  You can read there all about the awesome difference everyone made by chipping in to helping for Hurricane Sandy relief.

Today, I bring you fun pictures about the event and the brands that made the day so special.  And some incredible holiday product ideas in here!   But seriously, I have to say again, our event could not have happened without the help of so many additional people:  our husbands, kids (they are awesome bag stuffers) and additional family members and friends.  We have an amazing group of people supporting us so thank you to everyone!

I’ll lead with a picture of Colleen (my co-host from ClassyMommy.com) and I with Hasbro’s Transformers Rescue Bot, Heatwave.  We had a handful of kids in attendence and they loved the character!  In fact, the Moms did too as we were definitely not the only Moms who snapped a quick photo with him!

Hasbro was our title sponsor and they were showcasing some great toys for the holiday season.

Kids Headquarters came with Tommy Hilfiger, which of course I love with two boys!   Did you know you can buy the Tommy Hilfiger line online at Macys.com?  Love buying at Macy’s too because they always seem to have great coupon codes you can use to get a good discount.

How can you not love this fun shot from the Little Passports booth?  Dottie and I got silly with some props and the US map as our backdrop.  Little Passports offers a monthly subscription service for kids.  Each month fictional characters Sam and Sofia travel and your child receives an educational fun pack about the places they visit!  There’s a world version and a US one.  As I love to travel, I think this is the coolest product – what a neat way to get your child also inspired to travel!

Love K’NEX.  Again, with two boys I know how awesome any building toy is and how fun is this K’NEX roller coaster that they had at their booth?

Attendees loved Barely There, who fitted everyone for a new bra!  I was convinced I was wearing the wrong size but turns out that for once, I was right!  But it’s always good to get re-measured every few years as our body shape can change a lot throughout the years.

VZ Wraps came and showcased her cool eco-friendly reuseable gift wrap bags (these are so great for the holidays!)

And I’m a huge fan of Stella & Dot as their jewelry is so gorgeous!  If you are looking to buy something for her this season, this is it!  And if you go through Jen Thomas, the stylist who was at Mom Mixer, you can get free shipping!  Email Jen jen516@gmail.com and mention Mom Mixer in relation to your order to receive your free shipping.

Just Play Toys had some fun toys showcased like the DocMcStuffins doll and the Bouncing Tigger (I remember the latter one from when my boys were little!)

And I mention the yummy munchies provided by Cherchies?  If you are local, they are sold in Wegmans!  Great for holiday apps!

Overall, an incredible day!  Stay tuned for features on some of the cool products featured.  And I’ll leave you with this last photo?  We had a playroom off to the side full of Play-Doh courtesy of Hasbro.  Just to occupy some of the kids while the event went on.  So what happens when you have a bunch of Play-Doh in a room with a bunch of kids for almost 8 hours?  This.  My kids wanted to take THIS home.  I was all, no way.
