Mother’s Day Giveaway: Great reads from Hachette Book Group
By 30 Comments
This will be my second Mother’s day that I get to celebrate. What makes it more special is that I am pregnant with my second. All I want is a day of relaxtion. Maybe read a good book?
For Mother’s Day? Actually, I’d love a few hours alone! 🙂 And a few homemade cards. 🙂
I’m just hoping for sunny weather so we might be able to play some golf and have lunch “out”.
What am I hoping to get for Mother’s Day?
The usual –
A Nap and a Clean House.
I’m pretty sure I’ll get neither 🙂 so I’m hoping for a new set of quality cookie sheets!!
I just want to spend this mother’s day snuggled up with my hubby and our new baby girl:):):)
A 2nd refrigerator, a pedicure and an adorable preschool art project.
I’m going out for Mothers Day brunch at the mountain lodge that my husband and I were married at. That is the only “gift” that I am expecting, but I’m very excited about it.
One more baby….
I would like a birthstone necklace with my daughter’s September stone. I’ve dropped numerous hints and all out told my husband, but I guess I’ll have to wait and see. 🙂
I would LOVE a new car or a vacation, but I will settle for a birdfeeder!
fun! enter me, I need something new to read!!
I’m hoping for a new purse, but would settle for a day w/our frustration.
For Mother’s Day, I would love time alone with my hubby!
Peace and quiet. And maybe some completely alone time with no responsibilities. Because nothing celebrates being a mom like finding ways to shirk responsibility.
I’d love to get a spa treatment
last year my hubby had me spend the day with a friend doing whatever we wanted (we got pedicures, lunch, and shopped). when I came home he had made dinner and dessert. A day like that again would be great!
After sending my husband many emails for Valentine’s Day, I finally talked him into a Pandora bracelet. Now, I just want another bead for Mother’s day. But, I’m really looking forward to the little “present” my daughter will bring me home from preschool!
All I want for mother’s day is the chance to sleep in…babies and toddlers make for long nights and it would be great for the sun to be up before I am!
I’m pregnant with #2 (will be 12 weeks on Mother’s Day), so am queasy and exhausted. The best gift right now would be a day of resting and napping, ideally kicked off with (a queasy stomach-friendly!) breakfast in bed. Extra hugs and kisses from my toddler would be especially nice!
This will be my first Mother’s Day and I’m just hoping my husband remembers!!! I really would like something homemade like a card.
What I would love is something, anything that is not thrown together at the last minute!
Please enter me!
I would LOVE a leisurely day at a spa – a massage, mani, pedi and facial are in order. Even one of those would make my day!
I’d love a toddler tantrum free day and a nice long shower. Having a toddler and an infant makes life a little crazy.
For Mother’s Day I would love breakfast in bed and to spend the day with my Mom, Husband, and Daughter.
I would ♥ to get a gift certificate for a massage for Mother’s Day, along with a stress-free, relaxing day with my wonderful little boys!
30 minutes of extra sleep…
This is my first mother’s day…. I would be happy with a nice relaxing lunch by the pool 🙂
I would love a nice quiet day with my hubby and my girl! He works 3 jobs to keep me home with her (and our son to be )but that means we don’t get much time together…
for my first mother’s day, i just want to have a lovely day with my daughter and my own mother.
Great information it is surely. My mother has been waiting for this information.
