So you guys have noticed that I’ve been a little quiet the last couple of weeks. It’s been a whirlwind of back to back week’s away – from going on vacation to both Mexico and to the Jersey shore to attending MY SISTER’S WEDDING!!

So besides being away from home for three weeks, I definitely unplugged a bit. I did the bare minimum with email and I definitely fell behind on posts! As much as I’m sure I’ll be rueing (why is rue a word and not rueing?) my vacation-loving self as I get back the grind this week, it was definitely REALLY nice to really take a vacation! Being a blogger, it’s definitely hard to really get away from it but now and then it’s just totally necessary to really have some family time and not be totally geeked out with your laptop or smartphone attached to your hip.
But I’m also happy to be back and look forward to catching up and getting chatty again! So what have you all been up to?
Whirlwind doesn’t even begin to accurately describe the last several months with wedding planning, etc. .. Tornado perhaps ? a more apt word to demonstrate all the activities leading up to the big day. . . .However, with that said, the end result was truly such a fairytale. A perfect day(with weather exception of course) . And yes, indeedy do, a big fat grin is the result on seeing that terrific pic of the happy Bride and Groom!
