This winter has been the season of the scarf for me.  I have to say, I was never into the idea of a light scarf as an accessory piece.  I saw it on others, thought it looked nice but always thought to myself, that’s not for me.

Then one day in the late fall, I tied a scarf around my neck.  I’ve been hooked ever since. (I probably wear them too much now!)   Having a scarf around my neck has been my go-to style piece this winter for a number of reasons but the main ones being that it spices up whatever I’m wearing, and it keeps me warm.

So I was excited when Nepali by TDM Design reached out.

Check out this photo where I’m wearing one of their scarves.  I got this turtleneck on the clearance rack at Old Navy for $1.99 simply because it was only $1.99.  (Seriously!)   I knew it was kind of drab and that I would have to do something to spruce up my look when I was wearing it.  I love the colors on my Nepali by Design scarf and think it works perfectly with this turtleneck.

Nepali by TDM Design has a huge offering of various prints and solid kinds of scarves.  Here’s a little bit about the company from their website which makes a purchase even more appealing:

NEPALI by TDM Design works directly with predominantly women cottage industries in Nepal to support women weavers and women craftsmanship in Nepal. Each accessory is hand-made using the highest quality fibers in order to ensure the ultimate in splendor of each piece, and pride in workmanship.
