Pottery Barn Kids crib mattress recall

So I got an email from a friend who recently had an infant. She received an email from Pottery Barn Kids that a mattress she purchased from there – the Pottery Barn Kids Lullaby Crib Mattress – has been recalled due to a defect of the crib measuring too small.
Her 3-month-old daughter actually got wedged between the mattress and the crib a few days ago – the precise defect that has been found int he mattress. The mattress is made by Simmons – here is the recall notification with info if you suspect your mattress is affected.
