screen-shot-2017-01-09-at-1-39-01-pm Are you guys ready to tell me to shut up about Whole30 yet? I promise that’s not what this is what this post about, just the bonus for those of you who may be doing it.

My friend Amy turned me onto this meal planning website, RealPlans.com. I’ve used a lot of meal planning websites along the way but I really like this one.

*It’s incredibly customizable. Using the “roulette” function, don’t like a meal? You can spin and keep trying until you find one you like.

*You can note what items you won’t eat and you won’t get foods with that item suggested on your meal plan.

*They’re heavy on REAL food. Paleo and wholesome meal plans are what you get with this meal planning service. You pick your plan – Traditional, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Dairy and Gluten Free, Paleo, Primal, Paleo (AIP), GAPS and Vegetarian (and right now, Whole 30!)

*the Grocery List is also highly customizable

*you can add your own recipes very easily. Here’s a snapshot of where I added in some Crispy Zoodles from Nom Nom Paleo that I plan on trying out this week:

*Adjustable portion size. I LOVE this. Because I’m making lunch only for me but dinner for everyone and my grocery list reflects this!

RealPlans.comis the website. Here’s the pricing – you can definitely find cheaper out there and there’s no coupon codes for these guys but I’m giving them a go and very happy. And I’m USING them more than I’ve ever truly used another meal planning service so that’s something too.
