Recipe: Frozen Wine-Soaked Strawberries {Monday Munchies}

Why didn’t I think of this? OMG! This VERY EASY recipe for making frozen wine strawberries is sure to be a hit at your next Moms Night Out. Seriously, how fun is this? I’m going to totally make these and stick some of these frozen strawberries IN my wine as an ice cube… or enjoy plain.

 

Recipe: Frozen Wine-Soaked Strawberries

Ingredients-
1 carton of fresh strawberries
1 bottle white wine (I used simply naked Pinot Grigio)
1 cup of sugar

Directions-
1. Wash your strawberries
2. In a large mixing bowl, add a 1.2 bottle of your white wine and 3/4 cup of sugar and mix
3. Add your strawberries to your wine mixture
4. Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours
5. Pat your strawberries dry with a paper towel
6. Dip your strawberries in your remaining 1/4 cup sugar
7. Freeze for 4-6 hours and enjoy! (Just make sure the kiddos don’t get these!)
