I finally saw Pitch Perfect 2! Pitch Perfect is my favorite movie of all time so I was dying to see it when it released. I went with a couple of girlfriends who are also fans and we laughed the entire way through the movie.

The Barden Bellas are back and a couple have years have passed since the first movie – it’s now senior year. They’ve been suspended from performing due to a mishap in the beginning of the movie at a performance at the Lincoln Center (that is hysterical). The only way they can fix things is by winning the International a cappella competition in Denmark.

My take on the movie: all the favorites are back (Fat Amy is still the best!) so it’s great to see everyone and there were DEFINITELY some really funny moments in the show. Like show-stopping funny and the entire theater was roaring. But I missed the music from the first movie. Don’t get me wrong – the music was fun and I loved the “original” song they introduced but I was missing the soundtrack from the first movie.

It’s hard to match perfection! And I still say go and see it because it’s still an awesome movie and like I said, it’s worth it for the humor alone.

In other news, did you know that Schick & Skintimate are sponsors of Pitch Perfect 2?

Schick Women’s Shave is the sponsor of Pitch Perfect 2. Beginning in April 2015, limited edition Pitch Perfect 2 packaging will be available in stores nationwide for Schick Hydro Silk Razors, Skintimate Shave Gel, Schick Intuition, Schick Quattro For Women and Schick Xtreme3.

Watch this totally fun video of the a capella group The Basic Pitches performing two popular songs with new lyrics all while they shave. (It’s catchy!)

I got some samples in the mail and I am totally loving the Schick Hydro Silk razor. I’m one who always cuts herself while shaving and the Schick has been amazing for me because it really hydrates and I haven’t cut myself yet!

Have you seen the movie yet? Rock your legs with some Schick & Skintimate products and head on out and let me know what you think!

All Pitch Perfect 2 Limited Edition Shave products will be available beginning April 2015 at drug and grocery stores nationwide.

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Schick and/or St.Ives. The opinions and text are all mine.
