We’ve long been fans of School Zone – I used to buy their Hidden Picture and Educational books for Nate back when he was 4. (!). Of course my kids and School Zone have come a long way in the last 8 years.
Introducing the latest amazing product from School Zone for preschoolers: School Zone’s Little Scholar.
It’s a tablet designed specifically for kids ages 3-7 and it is fabulous. It’s Android-based and here’s a few things to know:
- It comes with a “bumper” or cover already on it so it’s drop-proof. You can choose from pink or blue.
- It comes preloaded with 200+ educational apps (!! I mean really! Could that be any more awesome?)
- Parents are able to track, measure performance and view which apps are being used.
- There’s a built-in camera
This is such a fabulous intro for a young child into the world of technology. Because here’s the thing – they are GOING TO BE on pieces of technology in a way we never were. It’s going to be constant. All their friends will be on it and they will be SO SAVVY at an early age that it will blow your mind.
So why not choose their first tablet to be one that is educationally valuable?
School Zone’s Little Scholaris $129.99. Grandparents, this is an awesome gift for any grandkids you have in the 3-7 year range.
Disclaimer: I was given a sample Little Scholar to facilitate this review. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
