I had a wonderful time up in New York City attending my dear friends Vera & Audrey’s Getting Gorgeous event.  I attended their first event at BlogHer’10 in New York last summer and was excited to hang with all of my bloggy buddies again while having a nice day off into Manhattan.

Here are some fun photos from the day.  Here’s the line we waited in to get in:

Of course the best part about these events is seeing all of my fabulous Mom blog friends. Here’s Julie from Just Precious, me, Victoria from Savvy Mommy and Kelly from The Centsible Life:

Here I am with Jen from After the Alter and Mommies with Style.  You’ve been reading her posts! She had a four month old baby boy and has been covering newborn products on Mommies with Style.  Doesn’t she look so cute and tiny for only having given birth four months ago?

Zareen from Cooking with Z & Mommies with Style, me, Beth from Role Mommy:

Zareen got styled with some cute accessories:

Mommies with Style Girls (Me, Zareen, Nancy & Julie):

Here are the girls behind it all, Vera & Audrey:

They grabbed me for a photo:

Then we realized we had 3 of the 4 GiftGuideGirls.com and we were sad we were missing Colleen (who stayed home with a sick kid) so we left a space for her:

I was totally hysterical when Adam from DadaRocks jumped in to fill in for Colleen:

I have more great photos but don’t want to overload everyone.  If I get inspired in a few days, I’ll post more.

Here’s a couple thumbnails from some of the great vendors and companies who were sponsoring the event like Degree, Simply Orange, Miracle Suit & More.  I’ll bring you some reviews about them this week when I have more time:
