Image and video hosting by TinyPicI’m excited to announce that I am down a total of 34 lbs, since the end of last May, thanks to Weight Watchers. I had plateaued for a few months, but I’ve continued along on my journey to getting healthier. I’ve also toned up and have more stamina and energy. While I’m not exactly where I want to be yet, I’m more than halfway to my goal. In my next update, I will post a picture!

    Wow – i would LOVE to say i’m down 34 pounds! Congrats – that a HUGE accomplishment! The “filling foods” list sounds exactly what i need. I think low-fat cheese would be my favorite snack! More like a meal!

  10. The Italian Turkey Burger and the guacamole look delicious ….. I have 30+ chemo pounds to loose and I’ve been considering Weight Watchers, but money’s tight so this would be a huge help if I win……

  15. I LOVE weight watchers! It was a godsend when I wanted to lose some weight for my wedding. I have never been able to be successful in changing my eating lifestyle, but weight watchers certainly did the trick! Congrats on losing so much weight!Keep it up!
